Only products with a visible price and an active checkout button are available to order. Products marked as coming soon cannot be purchased. Availability may change as small batches sell out.
Before an order
Before paying, Stripe Checkout shows the products, total price, delivery cost and delivery information. Customers also receive clear payment, cancellation and contact information before placing an order.
Products and handmade variation
Small differences in colour or placement may occur between finished pieces and screen images. This will never remove a customer’s rights when an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
Happy Post membership
Happy Post is available as a monthly plan at £7 plus £2 UK delivery per month, or as a 1 year plan at £99 with UK delivery included. Both plans provide one new edition each month. The yearly plan includes 12 consecutive monthly editions and is paid in one annual payment. Each edition contains one illustrated monthly letter, coordinating themed stickers and a personalised extra. Designs and themes change monthly, so product photographs are illustrative rather than a promise of the same design every month. Payment is taken when a member joins. The monthly plan renews automatically on the same calendar date each month; the 1 year plan renews automatically every 12 months. We prepare each monthly edition within 2 working days and Royal Mail delivery normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch, so arrival is an estimated window rather than a guaranteed date. Monthly members may skip an edition before its payment date. The paid 1 year plan cannot be paused part-way through its 12 editions. Members may cancel future renewal at any time without a cancellation fee. Cancellation does not shorten a yearly plan already paid for. Any edition already paid for remains covered by the applicable cancellation, returns and statutory rights. If the first or renewal payment fails, Happy Post will not be prepared or sent until payment succeeds.
