Cookies and your bag
The website uses only necessary cookies for security and checkout. Your shopping bag is stored in your browser so it remains available while you browse. It stays there until you empty it or clear your browser storage.
Orders and payments
We use your name, contact details, delivery address and order information to take payment, prepare and deliver your order, provide support and meet our legal and accounting duties. Stripe processes card payments; Little Happy Drop does not store your full card number.
Newsletter and contact
You can contact us at hello@littlehappydrop.co.uk or through WhatsApp. We use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry and keep the conversation necessary to help you.
If you join the First Drop email list, we send your email address to Brevo so it can deliver the confirmation email and future Little Happy Drop launch news. You are added only after confirming your address. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter or ask us to remove you at any time. We do not sell newsletter addresses.
Website security
We use Cloudflare Turnstile invisibly to protect forms from spam and automated abuse. Cloudflare processes the limited technical information needed to perform this security check. You can read the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
How long we keep information
Order, payment and accounting records may be kept for up to 6 years where needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims.
General enquiries are normally deleted 12 months after the conversation ends, unless they relate to an order, complaint or legal issue that must be kept longer.
Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. After that, we may retain only the minimum information needed on a suppression list so we do not contact you again.
