Privacy and personal information

We collect only the information needed to run the shop, fulfil your order, answer your questions and, when you choose to join, send our newsletter. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment details are handled securely by Stripe. Little Happy Drop does not store your full card number. Optional analytics remain off unless you choose to accept them.

We use your name, contact details, delivery address and order information to take payment, prepare and deliver your order, provide customer support and meet our legal and accounting duties.

For a personalised product, the image you choose remains in your browser until Stripe confirms payment. It is then uploaded privately and linked to the paid order so we can make the product and help with any order query. Images from abandoned or unpaid checkouts are not uploaded to our servers.

The website uses necessary browser storage for security, checkout and your shopping bag. Your bag remains available until you empty it or clear your browser storage.

We count visits in aggregate on our own server to understand which pages and referring websites are useful. A one-way technical key, which changes daily, prevents refreshes from being counted more than once. We do not store your IP address, name or email address for this count, and the key cannot be used across different days.

If you select “Accept analytics”, Google Analytics helps us understand traffic sources, completed purchases and how visitors move through the shop. We do not send payment card or contact details to Google Analytics. Advertising storage stays disabled, and you can change or clear your choice at any time on our Cookie Policy page.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we use the details you provide only to answer your enquiry and keep the conversation needed to help you.

If you join our email list, Brevo receives your email address so it can send the confirmation email and future shop and club news. You are subscribed only after confirming your address. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter or ask us to remove you at any time.

After an order is delivered, Brevo may send one email containing a private link to review the products you purchased. The link expires after 90 days.

If you leave a review, we keep the rating, review text and the order connection needed to verify the purchase. Reviews are checked before publication. Only your first name and review appear publicly; your email address is never displayed.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from spam and automated abuse. It processes only the limited technical information needed to perform this security check.

Order, payment and accounting records may be kept for up to 6 years where needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims.

Personalisation artwork is kept privately only for as long as it is reasonably needed to make and support the order. It is marked for removal after 180 days unless a complaint or legal issue requires it to be kept longer.

General enquiries are normally deleted 12 months after the conversation ends, unless they relate to an order, complaint or legal issue that must be kept longer.

Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. After that, we may retain only the minimum information needed on a suppression list so we do not contact you again.
