Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
Preparation and delivery
Orders are prepared within 2 working days and sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please allow 3–5 working days for delivery after dispatch. Delivery charges will always be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Delivery prices
UK delivery is £2.99 for an order containing only notes pads that qualifies for Royal Mail’s Large Letter format. Delivery is £3.99 when an order contains a mug, tumbler or bundle, or otherwise needs the Small Parcel format. The delivery charge is applied once per order; when products are mixed, the higher applicable rate is used.
Tracking your parcel
Your dispatch email will include the Royal Mail tracking details so you can follow the parcel’s progress.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the expected delivery window, contact us at hello@littlehappydrop.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate the delivery and arrange a replacement or refund where the parcel is confirmed lost.
Returned to sender
If a parcel is returned because of an error by us or the delivery service, we will resend it at no extra cost. If the delivery address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, or the parcel was not collected, a new delivery charge may apply before it is sent again.
